Within 14 days of your purchase, reply to your order-confirmation email with the word REFUND. We will process it. That is the entire process.

Eligibility: Any Letterim map (Child Map, Additional Child Map, One-Parent Map, Sibling Dynamics, Two-Parent Map, Family System, Year Ahead Forecast).
Window: 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, refund requests are reviewed case by case — email us and we'll do the right thing.
How to request: Reply to your order confirmation email with the word REFUND. If you no longer have the email, send us your order details from the address you used at checkout.
How long it takes: We initiate the refund with Stripe within one business day. Your bank returns the funds in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Partial refunds: If your order included multiple items (e.g. two Child Maps + Year Ahead), you can refund one item and keep the others. Sales tax on the refunded item is returned proportionally.
Chargebacks: Please contact us first. Chargebacks with your bank cost money on both sides and take longer than a direct refund.
