Letterim generates personalized parenting maps from birth data you provide about your child. Each map is assembled from an interpretation library written and reviewed by our team. Letterim is a reflective tool. It is not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If your child is in clinical care, treat the map as a companion to that work — not a replacement.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You will receive the map(s) you paid for, plus any add-ons selected at checkout, delivered digitally to the email address you provide.
Every purchase is covered by a 14-day refund. Reply to your order-confirmation email with the word REFUND, and we will process it. See our Refund Policy for details.
Some products (Companion chat, private account viewing) require an account. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with someone who is not the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) mapped.
Letterim is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letterim, its operators, and its contributors are not liable for any decisions you make on the basis of the map. Reading a Letterim map does not replace a conversation with a licensed professional.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, when meaningful, emailed to registered customers.
